Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.

Unless stated otherwise, it's assumed that commissions are for personal usage only. Commercial use can be discussed with me via email or Twitter DMs separately as it will incur a higher fee.

Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.

I will contact the Client when I agree to receive the commission order.

I will only start working on the commission once I have received full payment.

Progress checks can be requested throughout the process.

Final deliverables are provided by using Google Drive, in 300 DPI PNG format. All of the files will be available for the Client to download for 14 days.

Throughout my drawing process I will allow minor revisions with every WIP update and before the finished commission is sent. Client has the responsibility to look over the WIP and check for mistakes or details they want changed as early in the process as possible.

Major revisions are only accepted during the sketch stage.

Excessive revisions will incur extra fees. If it is clearly my fault for drawing certain character details wrong, those revisions will be free.

Revisions may affect progress and timeline.

Work completion requires 1 week minimum, and may take up to 5 months depending on each project.

Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, and workload.

Specific deadlines can be discussed. Rush fees may be applied depending on time given.

Client will be informed If there are any delays and adjustments to timeline.

Clients must first agree to delays and amendments to a timeline exceeding 2 months through standard communication channels.

Clients have the right to request refunds 2 months after deadlines according to 5.h. if Work has not been delivered and there was no agreed upon amendment to the timeline.

Full payment is upfront via Paypal.

Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests.

Invoices will be sent to the Client when I am ready to begin work. Clients must not send money before I send the invoice.

Invoices must be paid within 48 hours or the project may be cancelled. Please let me know beforehand if you have any difficulties.

I will not allow refunds after the first confirmation of your sketch except for circumstances detailed in 5.h. so please make sure you are committed to my service.

Client agrees they will not issue chargebacks.

If I am unable to complete work or there are delays as detailed in Section 4 for unforeseen reasons, the Client may be eligible for a full refund. If work done up to this point is accepted and used by the Client, I will provide a partial refund according to the amount of work complete.

I have the right to deny commission requests without explaining the reason. This may be due to my schedule or personal feelings.

I retain copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing, the Work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (i.e. Twitch) and more.

I retain the non-exclusive rights to sell merchandise and prints of the Work, unless exclusive commercial rights are purchased by the Client.

Clients receive non-transferable usage rights to the Work for personal use.

Personal use means: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization, such as profile pictures, banners, and posts; print and framing in personal spaces; display as part of designs on websites and channels, excluding use in content of these websites or channels.

Clients must not claim Work as their own and must credit me using my social tag/username/link at the instance of display of the Work or permanently on their websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels and so on.
